Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Maxwell’s fitness journey began five years ago when training to become a Combat Rescue Officer in The United States Air Force. While building both his strength and discipline through rigorous training, Max tapped into what would ultimately become a career-driving passion in the field of fitness and wellness.
Max’s approach towards training clients focuses heavily on resetting muscle imbalances through fundamental strength training and creating healthy habits in and out of the gym, yielding a solid foundation with long term results.
