Personal Training

$200 to $500/month

We offer 30-minute and 45-minute personal training programs catered to you as an individual. We all have different goals that we want to achieve, different body types, and a multitude of different characteristics that make you, you. That is why we do not believe in cookie-cutter programming. At The Training Box, our staff of experienced trainers will make sure you get the personal training program designed just for you.

EXPECTANT MOTHERS AND POST PREGNANCY

Your body will undergo many changes over the course of those nine months to prepare for the arrival of your bundle of joy. D.O.T uses non-invasive techniques to keep you mobile and your muscles open as your hips shift through your pregnancy. This allows you to go on without or minimal discomfort.

Post pregnancy treatment will focus primarily on helping you recover quicker and getting your hips back into their neutral position. Treatment will also include more upper body work, especially if you decide to breastfeed. This will help prevent neck pain and shoulder pain, as well as headaches.

PERFORMANCE-BASED REHAB

Dynamic Optimization Technique works to improve athletic performance by stabilizing your frame and increasing mobility, while also giving you the tools to maintain yourself and learn body awareness. D.O.T specifically works against the grain of your muscle to get deep down into your tissue and to avoid activating its protective reflex. This technique is coupled with dynamic exercises in order to get every muscle firing and stable.

CHRONIC PAIN

Chronic pain is a cycle that seems to never end. Dynamic Optimization Technique works the tissue for function, working every aspect of the muscle and connective tissue. The body’s muscles work together, so we treat the body as a whole, not just the area that is bothering you. D.O.T dives deep to the root of the issue and any other muscles and tissue affected by it. This technique allows our clients to maintain the freed tissue longer, allowing them to build on these improvements with stretches proved by the practitioner.
